On 25 August 2022, the Gambling Commission concluded a regulatory review of Spreadex Limited, resulting in a settlement following an investigation into the licence holder. The Commission commenced its regulatory review on 2 June 2021 after identifying concerns in a compliance assessment conducted in May 2021.
